Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a MTR/AV Collaboration Engineer to provide advanced Microsoft Teams Rooms support and AV installation across corporate offices, distribution centers, and retail locations.

The role includes a flexible hybrid schedule with 4 in-person days at Scarborough, ME and 1 remote day, requiring strong communication, planning, and cross-team coordination to deliver reliable collaboration experiences for leadership teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., Intune).
• 3+ years' MTR/AV support installation and configuration experience.
• Experience deploying AV tech and Teams Rooms in a large distributed environment.
• Ability to document designs and implementations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-level support and installation of Teams Rooms and AV equipment for corporate sites.
• Assist in testing next-gen Teams Rooms tech in Evolution Lab and recommend solutions.
• Set up and support Teams Rooms for executive meetings and remote offsite locations.
• Communicate incident, project, and status updates clearly.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver solutions.

Overview

The MTR/AV Collaboration Engineer role will provide expertise in technical support, setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for ADUSA Corporate Offices, Distribution Centers and Retail locations. They are expected to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment leveraging forward-thinking technical engineering expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and AV technology in support of our brands and executive leadership.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 4 in-person days at one of our core locations and 1 remote days. Our core office locations includes Scarborough, ME.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-level technical support, setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for the Corporate Offices.
• Assist Enterprise AV team lead in testing next generation Microsoft Teams Rooms Technology in the Evolution Lab and providing recommendations for future collaborative technology solutions.
• Accountable for setup, installation and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and AV technology for Business or Executive Leadership Team & C-Suite meetings and on occasion remote offsite meeting locations.
• Ability to communicate clearly written or verbal regarding incident, project or status updates.
• Maintains a high level of individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively independently and work well within a team.
• Work closely with AV Integration partners for large scale Microsoft Teams Rooms or AV installation projects in the assigned ADUSA office.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience.
• 3+ years' extensive technical experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, MS Teams Room Admin Portal/Teams Admin Center).
• 3+ years' MTR/AV support experience (Installation/Configuration).
• Demonstrated experience with managing/deploying and supporting AV technology, Microsoft Teams Rooms technology or other related collaborative technologies in a widely distributed enterprise environment.
• Ability to develop detailed solution designs and implementation documentation.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving conference room/collaborative technology systems.
• Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budgets.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple support partners and external teams to deliver solutions.
• Proven record of cultivating strong internal and external relationships that help drive successful intercompany initiatives.
• Deliver above-board customer service with a positive attitude!

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• MS Teams Rooms Administration experience (MTRA Portal).
• Azure/Intune experience for MTR management.
• Teams Rooms Configuration and hardware deployment (Neat/Crestron/LogiTech MTR Systems).
• AV hardware installation - Displays, Display Mounts, Cable Management.

Salary Range: $101,360 - $152,040

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
