MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Social Worker (MSW) for a full-time day shift. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering direct care to patients and families, with no weekend requirements.

The role emphasizes biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, therapy, discharge planning, and care coordination, with involvement in insurance reviews and EHR workflows.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LMHC license eligibility required.
• LICSW or LMHC with inpatient experience preferred.
• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• CANS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health or acute care preferred.
• Proficient with EHR systems; Medsphere/Vista preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical social work services with physicians and care staff.
• Administer biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Case management, individual and family therapy, discharge planning.
• Assist with insurance utilization review and care coordination.
• Document goals and interventions for each patient.
