Job summary

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join a cohesive clinical team providing direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support discharge planning.

Candidates should have a Clinical Master’s Degree, LCSW/LMHC eligibility, and a CANS certification (within 30 days).

Qualifications

• LCSW or LMHC licensure eligibility required.
• Clinical Master’s Degree required.
• CANS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Prior inpatient behavioral health or acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (Medsphere/Vista) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and guardians as part of a healthcare team.
• Deliver clinical social work services with physicians, NPs, and direct care staff.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, case management, and therapy.
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination with community agencies.
