Job summary

UW-Stout Polytechnic seeks four Teaching Assistant/Associate Professor positions to develop a master’s in Social Work. These grant-funded, 9-month, non-tenure track roles may begin January 2027 and offer potential summer teaching.

Initial focus is curriculum development and CSWE alignment, with later four-four teaching load and scholarship opportunities. Candidates should have an MSW, Wisconsin licensure eligibility, and be prepared for hybrid/online teaching, with leadership interest and CSWE

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a social worker in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of CSWE-aligned curriculum and hybrid instruction.
• Engage in recruitment of practicum, internship, and students.
• Teach Social Work courses on campus and online; provide supervision.
