Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Minimum of two years post-MSW professional social work practice experience.
• Ability to teach online and in hybrid/on-ground formats with CSWE competencies.
• Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to social work ethics and social justice.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level MSW courses (9 per academic year).
• Deliver instruction aligned with curriculum and CSWE EPAS competencies.
• Engage students through advising, mentoring, and feedback.
• Participate in program meetings, accreditation work, and quality improvement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and university service.
