Job summary

Walden University is seeking a Field Experience Coordinator to collaborate with students and field instructors to secure quality field placements. The role reports to the Academic Program Coordinator for Field Experience and requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.

You will coordinate with the Office of Field Experience, establish site affiliations, manage onboarding for sites and students, and ensure timely communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MSW degree from a CSWE-accredited university.
• 2+ years post-MS-W practice experience.
• Experience providing academic counseling or advising preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for a cohort of students on field experience.
• Coordinate with Office of Field Experience to assist graduate students requiring field experience.
• Establish affiliation agreements with field sites and liaise with contract administrators.
• Track field experience resources, policies, and student files across platforms.
• Develop field experience communications to students, faculty and field supervisors.
• Mentor and train new team members and work on field experience initiatives.
