Mount Sinai Morningside seeks an experienced MSTP Program Manager to oversee the MD-PhD admissions, recruitment, student milestones, onboarding, and community programming within the MSTP. You will coordinate with faculty, students, and partners to plan initiatives and ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven management, communications, and financial oversight, including dashboards, reporting, and collaboration across the MSTP leadership and departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years' experience (5 preferred) in program management or related field.
• Experience in higher education or academic medicine is highly preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee admissions, recruitment workflows, interviews, and communications.
• Coordinate MD-PhD student progression, milestones, and onboarding.
• Develop outreach, events, and national conference representation.
• Manage program data, dashboards, and reporting for T32 and RPPR.
• Oversee financial transactions and budget parameters.
• Provide guidance to MSTP Coordinator and collaborate with leadership.
• Lead newsletters, brochures, and annual program reports.
