Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the Perot Family Scholars Medical Scientist Training Program to join the Graduate School leadership team.

The role oversees recruitment, admissions, onboarding, and data insights to guide program decisions; manages student progression through the dual-degree MSTP; collaborates across departments to meet program goals and liaises with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in a relevant field; may consider additional years in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Directs, analyzes, coordinates, and evaluates program operation and procedures.
• Develops and oversees budget development for the program.
• Builds relationships with internal/external departments and organizations involved with the program.
• Sets goals, directs evaluation, and ensures standards for achieving objectives.
