Job summary

Evidence Based Associates is seeking a strong leader to oversee the MST team, supervising up to two teams of therapists to empower youth and families with strength-based behavior change.

The MST Supervisor will coordinate training, ensure fidelity to MST principles, and collaborate with stakeholders to grow referrals and improve outcomes for youths aged 12–17, while maintaining a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must be fully licensed (LPC, LISW, LMFT, or LCSW) or have two years of MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists.
• Provide weekly group supervision and individual supervision as needed.
• Facilitate a collaborative MST team environment and ensure fidelity to MST principles.
• Develop engagement and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and referrals.
• Manage referrals and clinician caseloads; report clinical outcomes.
