Careers @Evidence-Based Associates seeks a strong leader to oversee the MST team, supervising clinicians serving youths aged 12–17 and their families. The role focuses on compassionate, trauma-informed practice, with MST training and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists, ensuring MST fidelity, handling referrals and caseloads, and promoting program growth within the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
• Must be licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or have two years of MST experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists who are compassionate and dedicated to empowering youth and families.
• Work a non-traditional schedule and be available to support therapists as needed.
• Lead, train, and support the MST team via weekly supervision to ensure adherence to MST principles and proper implementation.
• Foster a collaborative team culture with on-call coverage and engagement with community resources.
• Develop engagement and ongoing relationships with stakeholders in the community and organization.
• Promote the MST program and generate referrals; manage referrals and caseloads.
• Plan with MST experts to guide effective MST implementation and program growth.
• Collaborate with MST experts and leadership for supervisory and clinical development.
• Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
• Deliver MST treatment to a caseload if needed.
