Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates seeks an MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who enjoys developing staff, supporting work with youth and families, and driving strong outcomes while maintaining fidelity to the MST model.

The MST Supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to 1-2 MST teams (2-4 therapists each).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and adherence to MST principles.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
• Manage referrals, caseloads (5-6 families per therapist), and ensure timely family engagement.
