Job summary

Evidence Based Associates is seeking a strong MST Supervisor to lead a team of clinicians serving youth aged 12–17 and their families. The role requires oversight of 1–2 teams, collaborative leadership, and adherence to the Multisystemic Therapy model to drive sustained behavior change.

The position emphasizes nontraditional schedules, community engagement, and ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality family interventions and effective program growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Must be licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or have two years MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 1-2 MST teams (2-4 therapists each) to empower youth and families.
• Lead, train, and support the MST team via supervision to ensure fidelity and outcomes.
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders and promote MST in the community.
• Manage referrals and clinician caseloads; monitor data on outcomes and practices.
• Deliver MST treatment to a caseload if needed and participate in program development.
