Job summary

Evidence Based Associates is seeking a proven leader to supervise our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) team and strengthen youth and family outcomes. This full-time role requires a local resident who can oversee therapists, coordinate supervision, and ensure fidelity to MST practices.

You will guide clinicians, foster collaboration with stakeholders, and promote MST within the community while delivering data-driven outcomes and ongoing training. Strong leadership and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
• Fully licensed (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT) OR have two years of MST experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists who are compassionate and dedicated to empowering youth and families.
• Work a non-traditional schedule and remain available to support therapists.
• Lead, train, and supervise the MST team to ensure adherence to MST principles and analytic processes.
