Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates is seeking an MST Supervisor to lead and support MST teams delivering intensive, evidence-based services to youth and families. This role emphasizes developing staff, sustaining fidelity to the MST model, and driving strong outcomes in the community.

The supervisor provides clinical and administrative oversight to 1–2 MST teams (2–4 therapists each), guiding supervision, handling referrals, and partnering with MST Experts to ensure model fidelity and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with MST or family-based treatment models preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to ensure quality care and adherence to MST principles.
• Guide clinical work using the MST analytic process and support effective interventions with families.
• Manage referrals, caseloads (5–6 families per therapist), and ensure timely family engagement.
• Build relationships with community partners and maintain alignment with MST standards and Medicaid requirements.
