Job summary

Liberty Resources is seeking an MST Clinician to work with families of teens (12-17) in a home-based setting. The role emphasizes an evidence-based MST model, with training and ongoing supervision, and a flexible, hybrid schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed.

You will collaborate with schools and service providers to improve attendance, family relationships, and reduce risky behaviors while supporting licensure through clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in a mental health field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families (community-based work preferred).
• A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to families with teens (ages 12-17).
• Conduct sessions in the families’ homes, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with schools, probation officers, and community partners to create holistic solutions.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 4–6 families at a time and document progress.
