Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an MSSP Project Manager to drive cross-functional project management across its MSSP initiatives. You will lead strategic programs, define milestones, and align stakeholders with a focus on timely delivery and quality.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and Solutions Engineering. Remote collaboration and global scope are common in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or tech.
• Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions.
• 3+ years creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude.
• Experience with project management tooling such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Technical aptitude with strong business sense for holistic decision making.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to global, diverse teams.
• Familiarity with risk management processes to keep projects on track.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using data to drive decisions.
• Preferred: prior technical program management in SaaS or technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor MSSP product transition milestones and keep cross-functional timelines on track.
• Provide PM across MSSP revenue ops initiatives, including quote-to-cash and deal governance.
• Support ad hoc MSSP projects, unifying capabilities across MSSP offerings.
• Lead large strategic MSSP programs to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Build and maintain the PM OS for MSSP with plans, dependencies, and status cadences.
• Review processes to anticipate issues and coach teams on risk and stakeholder mgmt.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT.
• Review and redefine KPIs; develop dashboards and analytics to track progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and tools to scale the organization.
