Regions Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee a team of exempt associates performing loan servicing functions, including special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and operations.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and coach staff. It is a full-time, on-site position located at the Hoover, Alabama facility with competitive compensation and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Nine years of banking or related work experience.
• Five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or college courses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of loan servicing professionals and managers.
• Ensure delivery of loan services to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policy and all applicable regulations.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Analyze workflow for process improvements and allocate resources.
• Manage departmental budget and reporting of key metrics.
• Provide coaching and leadership development for supervisors and team leaders.
