Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Nine (9) years of banking or related work experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages managers, supervisors and/or a team of exempt associates overseeing loan servicing functions.
• Ensures delivery of loan services/products to customers and compliance with policy and regulations.
• Prepares reports and analyzes key metrics; partners with TODD to strengthen risk management.
• Oversees budgeting and resource allocation; coaches and develops staff.
