Regions Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team responsible for a variety of loan servicing functions at our Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, AL. This exempt role focuses on delivering loan services, ensuring policy compliance, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has nine years in banking with five years in a supervisory role, and prefers a Bachelor's degree. Strong Excel/Word skills and leadership capabilities are required for success in this position.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Nine years banking or related work experience.
• Five years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee loan servicing functions for internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policy and applicable regulations.
• Participate in long-term planning for the department.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
