Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to perform a variety of operational tasks within Loan Servicing, including special servicing, loan workout, investor relations, and loan operations.

This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and adherence to risk management and cybersecurity practices. The position is based in Hoover, Alabama and is full-time, with a starting reference salary around $40,000 annually and a market-informed range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking or related work experience are preferred.
• Applicants must pass any assessment associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews incoming work and coordinates resources as needed.
• Reviews loan documentation for accuracy.
• Validates loan documentation, reports, and systems.
• Documents missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents/data.
• Performs data entry and loans into the appropriate systems.
• Resolves customer or associate inquiries and communicates updates as needed.
• Prepares, edits, distributes, and corrects complex documents/reports.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs and cybersecurity practices.
