Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Syndicated Loan Services Manager to lead the post-closing servicing, amendments, and maintenance requests for the syndicated loan portfolio. The role partners with front-office, credit, legal, and risk to ensure accurate execution and risk oversight.

Based in Hoover, AL or Atlanta, GA, the position requires several years of management experience, a bachelor's degree, and deep knowledge of banking systems and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or eight years in syndicated loan work experience)
• Five years of management experience
• Pass any assessment associated with the position
• Admin Agent syndicated loan experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Syndicated Loan Services group.
• Monitor team performance, production, and errors.
• Improve processes to reduce redundancy and improve stakeholder experience.
• Assist the team during peak times with daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Write procedures, establish training, and ensure adherence to controls.
• Monitor team performance through KRIs and KPIs for monthly reviews.
• Focus on payment and operational risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, direction, and growth opportunities to team members.
• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and appraise performance; resolve issues.
• Coordinate with HR on complex team member-related matters
