Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking an organized and customer-focused Intrastaff MSP Talent Coordinator to support onboarding, staffing, and operations of the MSP program across the Johns Hopkins Health System.

This role partners with Account Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and external agencies to ensure a seamless temporary staffing experience, with success measured by timely onboarding, accurate credentialing, and strong stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR, business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Two years of staffing, recruitment coordination, workforce administration or related role.
• Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, credentialing, or compliance processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support full pre-hire and onboarding for temporary staff.
• Conduct resume sourcing, screening, background checks and credential verification.
• Monitor progression through hiring and onboarding workflows and provide updates.
• Partner with managers and staffing teams to ensure timely placements.
• Prepare accurate offer and placement documentation with compliance.
• Maintain candidate records, onboarding files, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate badge procurement and onboarding logistics.
• Perform labor hour reconciliation and support MSP workforce reporting.
• Generate operational reports and monitor SOP compliance.
• Provide admin support, training, and cross-team assistance.
• Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and special projects.
• Identify workflow improvements and support standardization.
