Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-class network solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with project leads and project managers to deliver solutions within scope and defined milestones.
• Perform wireless site surveys and implement secure wireless network solutions.
• Architect, configure, and support advanced routing and switching using Cisco Nexus, Meraki, Palo Alto and other enterprise platforms.
• Deploy and manage next-generation firewalls and VPN solutions, including SonicWALL, Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Azure S2S, and Cisco ASA.
• Provide escalation support to internal teams and assist with diagnosing and resolving critical infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including Visio diagrams and client network documentation.
• Adhere to and improve XPERTECHS’s network design and implementation standards for clients.
• Participate in training and certification programs to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
