Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide expert-level support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, requiring a proactive problem-solver with deep service provider experience.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, knowledge of networking technologies, and proficiency with Juniper platforms. You will troubleshoot complex network issues and maintain high customer service standards.

Competitive salary range is $110,000 to $150,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics.
• Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Strong working knowledge of VRF technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality network and systems support within a Managed Services Center.
• Provide full lifecycle systems support for clients.
• Own issues end‑to‑end until successful resolution is achieved.
