Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of IT customer service experience focused on technical support.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line, advanced technical support for desktops, servers, and networked devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers, AD, and printers.
• Communicate clearly with clients and document support activities in the ticketing system.
• Assist with server upgrades, virtualization, and ongoing IT solutions deployment.
