You will drive projects from inception to closure, ensuring scope, milestones, and budgets are met. The ideal candidate has a proven record in technology infrastructure or data center projects, a technical degree, and experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in technology infrastructure, deployment, or data center projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a technical support team and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete multiple concurrent projects; define scope, plan, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Direct cross-functional team members to meet deliverables on time and on budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans with milestones and resource allocations.
• Manage client relationships and project communications with stakeholders.
• Maintain issue tracking and remedial action records and provide status reports.
• Occasional after-hours work for deployments and post-production activities.
• Perform other related activities as directed by supervisors.
