Job summary

Lyra Technology Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple technical project implementations within our portfolio. You will coordinate scope, schedules, resources, and communications with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in infrastructure or data center projects, a technical background, and experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing technology infrastructure, deployment, or data center projects.
• Degree in technical field or equivalent certifications and experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience guiding a technical support team.
• Previous MSP PM experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete multiple concurrent projects, define scope and deadlines.
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet deliverables on time and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones and resources.
• Manage client relationships and project communications.
• Provide project reports to managers and customers.
• Occasional after-hours work for implementations and post-production activities.
• Adhere to project management lifecycle and maintain issue logs.
