Qualifications

• 2–5 years in help desk or service desk in MSP or multi-client environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers.
• Industry certifications such as A+/Network+ or Microsoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for multiple business clients in an MSP setting.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, and line-of-business apps.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN, connectivity).
• Use remote management and remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Triage and manage tickets with SLAs, escalating when needed.
• Document resolutions and procedures for knowledge sharing.
