Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking an Escalation MSP Technician in Arlington, TX to provide advanced technical support across networks, servers, voice, and security. You will serve as the escalation point for Level 1 technicians and help with project implementations while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of IT support experience in an MSP setting, with strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, networking, and security. On-call rotations are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT support experience in MSP or similar service-driven environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with RMM/PSA and ticketing systems.
• Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated tickets across network, server, workstation, voice, and security.
• Resolve Level 2 issues: AD, DNS, GP errors; O365 mail flow and Teams/SharePoint access.
• Support MSP-managed tools deployment and optimization.
• Assist with client onboarding, system upgrades, and project rollouts as directed.
• Document work, update tickets, and follow SOPs for consistency.
