Job summary

Cynet Health seeks a Client Success Manager to own regional or nationwide MSP healthcare staffing accounts. You will drive TOA growth, manage open requisitions, and build strong client relationships across MSP programs.

The role requires coordinating with recruiting leaders, defining submission standards, and ensuring Joint Commission compliance while supporting retention and portfolio health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare staffing with MSP program support.
• Experience managing a book of business with 100+ active TOA.
• Experience supporting regional or nationwide MSP portfolios.
• Proven history of portfolio growth, TOA expansion, and client retention.
• Strong understanding of MSP program structure, compliance, and client-facing accountability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own regional or nationwide MSP portfolio and drive TOA growth.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and reviews.
• Define MSP submission standards and coordinate with recruiting teams.
• Escalate client/provider issues and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor portfolio health via KPIs and scorecards.
• Ensure Joint Commission standards alignment.
• Support site visits and industry events.
• Lead referral programs and client engagement initiatives.
