Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager, MSP to own client MSP implementations end-to-end, including kickoff, planning, execution, and go-live. You will coordinate with CHG divisions and Locumsmart leadership, managing internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

You will interact with executive-level client stakeholders, gather MSP requirements, and drive project plans. Travel 25%+; role may start flexibly with capacity-based work.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare staffing/MSP/VMS operations experience required or preferred.
• Ability to read and operationalize Master Services Agreements and Sub-Vendor Agreements.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Previous client-facing project/program management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own MSP implementations end to end from contract to go-live.
• Coordinate with CHG divisions and Locumsmart leadership across kickoff and delivery.
• Create implementation project plans and ensure execution.
• Report milestones and escalate risks to executives.
• Glean MSP requirements from client executives and internal teams.
• Drive adherence to the implementation plan and buy-in from clients.
• Travel 25% or more to support client implementations.
• Ensure Sub-Vendor Agreements and SVAs are in place before go-live.
• Verify data stood up and ready for go-live with vendors.
• Support Locumsmart adoption of the technology post go-live.
