• Facilitate student learning through effective teaching and evaluation of learning.
• Serve as an academic advisor, mentor, and advocate for nursing students.
• Lead program design, curriculum revisions, and adjunct faculty recruitment.
• Coordinate program budget, schedule, and program communications.
• Represent the MSN program in college and university matters, and support admissions and marketing efforts.
