Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced academic leader to oversee the MSN program, including MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP tracks, at our Irvine campus. You will drive curriculum design, accreditation readiness, and faculty development to advance graduate nursing education.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, outcome assessment, clinical partnerships, and fostering an inclusive, student-centered culture while maintaining high standards of scholarship and professionalism.

Qualifications

• PhD/EdD/DNP in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• MSN with a focus on Nursing Education and/or Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Unencumbered California RN license or eligible for licensure; FNP certification if applicable.
• Minimum of three years of graduate nursing education experience.
• Strong background in program administration, curriculum development, and academic leadership.
• Working knowledge of CCNE and BRN accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and day-to-day oversight of the MSN program across MSN-Ed and MSN-FNP tracks.
• Direct curriculum design, evaluation, and improvement aligned with AACN Essentials and NONPF.
• Ensure compliance with CCNE accreditation standards, BRN regulations, and institutional policies.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty, fostering collaboration and student-centered culture.
• Lead data-informed strategies to support admissions, progression, retention, and academic success.
• Develop and sustain clinical partnerships and practicum networks for FNP and nursing education students.
• Lead program assessment and reporting on outcomes and institutional effectiveness.
