Jersey College is seeking a Nursing Instructor to provide high‑quality instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Instructors may teach in classrooms, laboratories, simulations, and clinical settings, fostering a supportive learning environment and assessing student competency.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, is a currently licensed RN, and has at least 3 years of RN experience with a strong commitment to nursing education and student success.

Formación

• Must be an experienced RN with MSN or higher.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses and clinical experiences taught.

Responsabilidades

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote student development.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence.
• Prepare accurate progress reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
