Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical program with a certificate, diploma, or degree.
• Three (3) years of recent medical facility experience.

• Ability to work afternoon/evening hours, including Saturdays occasionally.
• Strong communication and passion for student success.

This is a full-time, 52-week, campus-based position requiring a flexible afternoon/evening Monday through Friday schedule. Typical work hours fall between 12:00 PM and 10:30 PM, with an occasional Saturday event such as graduation, job fairs, and skills workshops.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about student success and bring both clinical expertise and real-world experience from a medical office setting. This role plays a key part in preparing students for industry certification, job readiness, and ethical service in healthcare environments.

• Three (3) years of recent experience in a medical facility
• Must be certified or registered (CMA, RMA, or CCMA, RN, LPN, BSN), or able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
• Availability to work afternoon and evening hours (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM) Monday through Friday, plus occasional Saturdays
• Strong communication skills and a sincere passion for helping students achieve their goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field
• Experience working in a medical office setting (e.g., front desk, clinical support, patient coordination)
• Prior teaching or training experience (formal or informal)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and career readiness practices
