Helms College in Macon, GA is seeking a dedicated Medical Insurance Management Adjunct Faculty to deliver instruction to students pursuing careers in the healthcare field. Typical work hours span 8:30am–3:00pm for Day Courses and 5:30pm–10:30pm for Evening Classes, two days per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program with a certificate, diploma, or degree.
• Three (3) years of recent experience in a medical facility.
• Certified or registered (CMA, RMA, LPN, RN, or CCMA), or able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
• Availability for Morning (8:30–3:00) and/or Evening (5:00/5:30–10:30) classes, two to three nights per week.
• Strong communication skills and a sincere passion for helping students achieve their goals.
