Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Practice Administrator II to lead Musculoskeletal practice locations, collaborate with clinical leaders, and drive operational excellence. You will empower practice managers, oversee governance and budgeting, and support the mission to improve community health across Ohio.

The role involves travel to MSK sites, coordination across teams, and a focus on delivering outstanding patient experiences in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Provides operational oversight and direction to the Practice Managers.
• Business Growth and Development: Participates in strategic planning, budgeting, expense and revenue monitoring.
• Relationship/Culture: Implements models of care, policies, and norms to deliver superior patient care and support staff.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Maintains open communication across practices, peers, providers and teams.
• Provider Engagement: Supports provider onboarding, credentialing, and training processes.
• Quality/Safety/Satisfaction: Works with leadership to set goals and implement quality and safety initiatives.
