Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required.
• Healthcare or Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of related health care experience preferably in an ambulatory care setting including 2 years of supervision or management.
• Experience may be substituted in lieu of requirements.
• Work Shift: Day

Responsibilities

• 60% Daily Operational Management HR responsibilities to include hiring, evaluating, annual performance evaluations, staffing, payroll, policies and procedures, and HIPAA/compliance oversight.
• 30% Performance Management including patient satisfaction monitoring, variance analysis, and monthly financial review with leadership.
• 10% Organizational Transformation: communicate strategy, drive change initiatives, and improve operational efficiency.

Education

Associate's Degree (Required)

Healthcare or Business Administration or related field

3+ years healthcare experience (ambulatory care) incl. 2+ years supervision/management
