Job summary

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups to grow and operate clinics more efficiently. You will own and steer a portfolio of clinic integrations from sign-on to live deployment across data pipelines and EHR connections.

The role requires strong project leadership, clear communication with engineers and clinical teams, and the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously in a fast-growing health tech

Qualifications

• 3-6 years running technical or implementation projects, with complex ones shipped on schedule.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations to reason about how systems connect.
• Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike.
• Sound triage judgment: what to do now, what to defer, what to elevate.
• Steady across a lot of simultaneous launches.

Responsibilities

• Rank incoming requests by impact, dependencies, and launch dates and decide priorities.
• Carry each clinic from first call to fully live, guiding the technical work.
• Break scope into a schedule with owners and dates.
• Keep engineering, product, and clinic aligned with clean handoffs.
• Surface risks early; elevate before a date slips.
• Provide straight readouts on launch status to teams and clinics.
• Improve the playbook and route recurring gaps to engineering.
