Job summary

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. We partner with MSK provider groups and clinics to help them grow, operate efficiently, and deliver longitudinal care across patient life cycle.

You will run multi-clinic implementations from signed to live, deciding what to build first and steering the technical work through design, development, and deployment. Expect collaboration across engineering and product teams in a fast-growing healthcare tech

Qualifications

• 3–6 years leading technical or implementation projects with on-time delivery.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike.
• Strong triage judgment for multiple simultaneous launches.
• Bonus: healthcare data or health-tech background.

Responsibilities

• Rank incoming requests by impact, dependencies, and launch dates to set priorities.
• Carry each clinic from first call to fully live, coordinating technical work.
• Break scope into a schedule with owners and dates that hold.
• Keep engineering, product, and clinic aligned with clear handoffs.
• Surface risks early and elevate before a launch slips.
• Provide teams and clinics with a straight read on launch status.
• Improve the playbook and route recurring product gaps back to engineering.
