AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an experienced RN to join our ICU MSICU team, working nights in a full-time 36-hour schedule. You will monitor nursing staff, support clinical development, and contribute to high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible clinicians can advance salary through the Clinical Ladder program with increases up to 20%, based on experience, development, and advancement criteria. This role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associates of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's preferred.
• RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct appraisals.
• Foster professional growth by organizing educational programs and mentoring staff.
• Resolve conflicts among staff using mediation techniques.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and analyze data to improve patient care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and health care team members.
• Mentor and precept new staff with hands‑on training and feedback.
