Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
