Job summary
Team Member Services in Orlando, FL is hiring for a RN in the MSICU to support critically ill patients in a high-acuity unit. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience and achievement of advancement criteria.
Participation is voluntary; salary adjustments are determined by eligibility and criteria. This role requires night shifts, full-time hours, and a strong focus on teamwork, patient safety, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.
- RN license required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- English fluency in reading, speaking, and writing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor nursing staff performance, provide feedback and appraisals.
- Mentor staff through educational programs and career development.
- Resolve conflicts among staff promptly using mediation techniques.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing improvements.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team for coordinated care.
- Mentor and precept new staff with hands-on training and feedback.
