Job summary

Telework up to 3 days per week may be available. This full-time, permanent position requires residency in PA and offers a starting salary between $46,827 and $70,592 annually.

Qualifications

• Three years of advanced clerical or para-professional work which included the collection, recording, compilation, and presentation of office management or program related information.
• An Associate's Degree may be substituted for two years of required experience.
• PA residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Application Review: Review MSI applications, verify information, and determine when inspections are needed.
• Data Verification: Check maps, online resources, and internal systems to confirm mining conditions and property details.
• Claim Processing: Handle new claims, prepare files, and organize documents for management review.
• Database Support: Run reports, maintain databases, and provide guidance to staff on technical tools.
• Public Assistance: Help homeowners and insurance producers with website navigation and troubleshoot issues.
• Digital Conversion: Oversee the transition of structure and project files to digital formats.
