Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor in a remote PA role to oversee seven adjusters, drive claim quality, technical excellence, and staff development. You will ensure compliance with Pennsylvania regulations and Corporate Claim Standards.

The position combines leadership with technical oversight, focusing on compensability, reserves, return-to-work, and settlements. Opportunity to coach, review files, and lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania workers' compensation laws, regulations, and practices.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience handling claims from investigation through resolution.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign and supervise all claim activity to ensure standards and laws.
• Investigate, evaluate and adjust claims per standards.
• Establish and oversee reserves within authority levels.
• Oversee medical, legal, and invoicing to ensure reasonableness.
• Provide payments and negotiate settlements per procedures.
• Coach staff and conduct file reviews.
• Ensure compliance with corporate claim standards.
