Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center in Lecanto, FL is seeking a compassionate MS Therapist (Unlicensed) to provide therapeutic support under supervision. You will conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and help develop personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with licensed clinicians, maintain confidential records, participate in supervision, and educate clients and families about mental health resources.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Experience providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with behavioral health treatment plans and interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and establish treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop treatment strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary.
