Job summary

LifeStream is seeking an MS Therapist (Unlicensed) to provide therapeutic services under supervision. You will conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.

Collaboration with licensed therapists, thorough documentation, and ongoing professional development are expected. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, with experience in behavioral health,

• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists to ensure adherence to plans and high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, progress, and outcomes.
