LifeStream seeks a licensed MS Therapist to deliver high-quality mental health services, assess clients, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, monitor progress, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.

Formación

• Master's degree in a counseling/psychology/social work field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida.
• Minimum of two years post-graduate experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience with diverse client populations and treatment planning.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers for holistic care.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
