Qualifications

• Proven technology transfer experience

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and leadership to MFG orgs and CMOs
• Drive process robustness and capability analysis
• Support CMO/vendor selection and technical evaluations
• Manage technology transfers and process validation oversight
• Support regulatory activities and change management
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and process optimization
• Collaborate with QA, Procurement, Supply Chain and PD on strategies
