We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Softball Coach to support our 9-12 High School Softball program. The ideal candidate will work closely under the direction of the Head Coach to instruct student‑athletes, reinforce program culture, and help manage the daily operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching & Instruction: Assist the Head Coach in teaching the fundamental rules, skills, strategies, and sportsmanship of softball during practices and games.
• Program Support: Help plan, organize, and execute daily practices, game‑day preparations, and team events.
• Student‑Athlete Mentorship: Support a positive, disciplined team environment that prioritizes academic success, character development, and teamwork.
• Squad Management: Take a lead or supportive role in managing specific squads (such as JV or Freshmen teams) or specific position groups as designated by the Head Coach.
• Logistics & Collaboration: Assist with equipment inventory, field preparation, and other administrative duties while maintaining professional communication with staff, players, and parents.
